Prattville – The second phase of Prattville’s Creekwalk revitalization began back in November of 2008, and it is, according to Richard Campbell, owner of Alabama Design & Construction, the hardest one. “This is the most difficult spot of the construction and the most expensive one,” he said.
Continental Eagle has been working hand-in-hand with the construction company. “They have been great and of course, they are very handy being located right here on the creek,” Mr. Campbell continued. “I’d really like to give them high praise as they have been very cooperative with us in getting things done.”
Mr. Campbell also told us that the only delays they are experiencing right now deals with the fencing and the light poles. A re-design of the fences has been made and had to be sent to Birmingham for approval. “The light fixtures are custom made and thus have to be ordered,” said Mr. Campbell. “But, I do expect the walk work to be completed in the next two weeks.”
Richard Campbell has been the owner of Alabama Design & Construction, Inc., for the past twelve years. Before that the company name was Construction Services. The company is located at 1049 Lagoon Business Loop in Montgomery.
