Prattville – A new CVS pharmacy is being built in the Pratt Plaza shopping center. Typically, CVS stores range from 8,000 square feet to 13,000 square feet and this one will be the larger store, according to Mike DeAngelis, Director of Public Relations, CVS Pharmacy.

“The store is scheduled to open in early 2010,” Mr. DeAngelis said. “We will have details about specific store operations to announce later this year.”

There is currently a CVS store in the shopping center as well as a Piggly Wiggly, J&G’s Flea and Antique Mall, a Hardees restaurant, and a Colonial bank. Across the street is a Winn Dixie supermarket.
