Prattville – Mac & More is opening Saturday, February 14, in the Prattville Town Center. Mac & More is an Apple Specialist store.

Apple Specialist is a designation given to an independent Apple Inc. reseller by the manufacturer. A specialist has demonstrated consistent, exceptional, and comprehensive knowledge of Apple technology, offers its complete line of hardware and software, and complete service and support for branded products.

Each specialist displays a plaque with a special golden Apple logo which reads, “Apple Specialist – Recognized by Apple, Inc. as an Apple authorized reseller that has demonstrated expertise in providing consultation and service for Apple computers.”

“There will be a ribbon ceremony Saturday, February 14th at 10 am featuring Prattville Mayor Jim Byard,” said store manager Chad Hunt.

The interior of the store should appeal to Apple Store regulars. The design and layout are very simular to that of the Apple Store. Large displays line the walls and the full line of Apple products are displayed for the shopper to try out.

The store is located near Moe’s Southwest Grill at 2731 Legends Parkway. Store Hours are Mon-Sat 9am-9pm; Sun 12pm-7pm.

  1. Stay away from this sorry, worthless business. They have a bunch of idiot, punk kids running around screwing with people. Mgmt is non-existent! The punks kids pass the phone around saying they are the mgr and lying about what can and can't be done. The MOST unprofessional business I have had the misfortune to deal with.

DO NOT waste your time AND money at this business. They will lie, cheat, and misrepresent what can and can't be done there. STAY AWAY, PLEASE! You will regret doing any business with these bozo's!

If you must have an apple product, order online or go to the REAL – APPLE STORE at the Summit in Inverness in Birmingham.

  2. Just F.Y.I. I'm from California. Those punk kids are the geniuses. In an 'actual' Apple Store you'll find everyone in jeans, t-shirts, and tattoos. Not even Steve wouldn't be caught without his black turtleneck and jeans. They are the anti-pc.
