Couple’s Retreat: Comedy, show times are 1:20, 4:35, 7:05, and 9:35, rated PG-13 for sexual content and language. Film stars Vince Vaughn, Jason Bateman, and Faizon Love – Centered around four couples who settle into a tropical-island resort for a vacation.
A Christmas Carol (two screens): Animated, show times are 5:10, 5:40, 7:30, 8:00, and 9:50, rated PG for scary sequences and images. Film stars Jim Carrey, Steve Valentine, and Daryl Sabara – An animated retelling of Charles Dickens classic novel about a Victorian-era miser taken on a journey of self-redemption, courtesy of several mysterious Christmas apparitions.
Old Dogs (new): Comedy, show times are 1:00, 3:10, 5:20, 7:30, and 9:40, rated PG for some mild rude humor. Film stars John Travolta, Robin Williams, and Kelly Preston – Two friends and business partners find their lives turned upside down when strange circumstances lead to them being placed in the care of 7-year-old twins.
2012: Action/Drama, show times are 1:20, 3:40, 4:40, 7:00, and 8:00, rated PG-13 for intense disaster sequences and some language. Film stars John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Oliver Platt – An epic adventure about a global cataclysm that brings an end to the world and tells of the heroic struggles of the survivors.
The Blind Side: Drama, show times are 4:20, 7:10, and 10:00, rated PG-13 for one scene involving brief violence, drug and sexual references. Film stars Sandra Bullock, Tim McGraw, and Quinton Aaron – A poor, oversized and under-educated teenager is recruited by a major football program where he is groomed into an athletically and academically successful NFL prospect.
Law-Abiding Citizen: Drama/Thriller, show times are 1:20, 4:35, 7:20, and 10:00, rated R for strong bloody brutal violence and torture, a scene of rape, and pervasive language. Film stars Jamie Foxx, Gerard Butler, and Colm Meaney – An everyday guy decides to take justice into his own hands after a plea bargain sets his family’s killers free.
Fantastic Mr. Fox (new): Animated, show times are 1:05, 3:10, 5:15, 7:20, and 9:30, rated PG for action, smoking, and slang humor. Film stars George Clooney, Meryl Streep, and Bill Murray – Angry farmers, tired of sharing their chickens with a sly fox, look to get rid of their opponent and his family.
Ninja Assassin (new): Action, show times are 1:25, 3:50, 7:15, and 9:45, rated R for strong bloody stylized violence throughout and language. Film stars Sung Kang, Randall Duk Kim, and Jonathan Chan-Pensley – A young ninja turns his back on the orphanage that raised him, leading to a confrontation with a fellow ninja from the clan.
Planet 51: Adventure/Animated, show times are 4:35, 7:05, and 9:30, rated PG for mild sci-fi action and some suggestive humor. Film stars Dwayne Johnson, Jessica Biel, and Justin Long – An American astronaut lands on Planet 51 thinking he’s the first person to step foot on it … then he finds the little green people.
