We've bought all our appliances from Cohen's.  They have fixed any problems immediately and cheerfully.

When we were looking for a washer and dryer, we needed a particular configuration--the dryer door had to be hinged on the left side.  David Cohen patiently went through the models available until he found one with that configuration.
