Jonita, a captivating grey and black tabby, is this week’s feline Pet of the Week. Sadly, her owner who was moving, could not take this beautiful cat to the new home.
About three years old, Jonita has been both spayed and declawed. She is happiest while being petted and purrs with contentment in a lap. Anyone can look into those gorgeous blue eyes and see how gentle and kind she’d be to a forever friend!
This week’s canine Pets of the Week are a basketful of adorable Shepherd mix puppies; a batch of brothers and sisters just waiting to go home with someone special.
At about eight weeks old, this litter of three females and two males, turned in as strays, are so new to the shelter that they have not been given names yet.
Both males are chocolate brown colored; one with white on his chest and stomach and the other with a black and white face and four white paws. One girl is a lovely tan while the other two females are brown-colored with tan paws. All are happy, playful, and needing someone to love.
