The Our Prattville feline Pet of the Week is a female Calico Domestic Short Hair named Pumpkin. She is about two years old and was turned in to the shelter as a stray.

Pumpkin’s markings are orange, black, and white, and she has bright green eyes. She is friendly around humans and her favorite pastime is sitting on the window sill. Pumpkin would love to go home with someone special!

Rex, a male Bassett/Australian mix, is the Our Prattville canine Pet of the Week. Good natured and docile, he is great around children and other pups.

About eight months old, Rex is black with white specks, housebroken, and leash trained. Looking into those soulful brown eyes, one can tell he will make someone a true and loyal pet!
