Panama City Beach, FL – Pier Park is located between U. S. 98 and Front Beach Road (Alternate 98) in the heart of Panama City Beach and it is a premiere shopping destination not only for Panama City, but for the entire Emerald Coast as well.

It is located by the water and visitors can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment in an open-air setting. In its entirety Pier Park stretches across approximately 1.1 million square feet.

In 2007 during Phase I, more than 180,000 square feet of specialty shops opened there; also the Grand Theatre 16-Plex (with all digital screens) and Panera Bread.

In Spring of 2008, Borders Books & Music came along with Dillard’s J. C. Penney, The Fresh Market, Old Navy, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, and more. The second phase saw Sports Authority, Office Depot, PetSmart, plus 40,000 square feet of shops and restaurants.

The largest public U. S. real estate company, Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group, owns this unique open-air lifestyle center and tourist destination.
